The contributions sent by the authors are evaluated by the Editorial Committee made up of a national and international scientific and arbitration committee. In the evaluation process, the names of the authors and evaluators are reserved (double blind). The decision to accept, review or reject articles is made by the editors, based on the evaluators' reports and communicated to the main autor.
