Review Format

Review criteria

The following aspects of each contribution will be evaluated:

  • Aspects of the Journal
    • Articles will be received only in Spanish.
    • Tables and figures are included at the end of the text.

 

  • Writing aspects
    • Use of punctuation marks.
    • APA format aspects
  • Microsoft Word document.
  • The entire body of the work must be in Times New Roman 12, except the tables and figures that must be made in Arial 11 font.
  • Double spacing.
  • Margins of 2.5 cm. on each side.
  • Left alignment.
  • Letter size.
  • It should not exceed 7500 words.
  • Aspects of methodology
    • Delimitation, interest and scope (beyond the local) of the research problem.
    • Relevant scientific literature fully and adequately discussed.
    • Appropriate methodology for research, well developed.
    • Quality and clear presentation of the data.
  • Authors should include the suggested heading, that is, short title.
  • Title page: title, author note, abstract / abstract and keywords
  • The title should not be longer than 12 words.
  • The title must be in Spanish and English.
  • Full name of the author or authors starting with the name (s).
  • Institutional assignments must reflect the institution or institutions where the research was developed.
  • The author's note must include the following information: full name (as you want it to appear in the article), affiliation or institution to which it belongs, department, financial founding, contact person (name, department, affiliation university, street and number, neighborhood, zip code, city, state, country and email).

NOTE: If an author is not affiliated with an institution, write the city and state where the research was developed.

Example:

  • Joel Francisco Rodríguez Campa, Department of Sociology, University of Sonora;
  • Guadalupe Preciado Arvizu, Department of Psychology, University of Sonora.
